FAQ
Hopefully I've covered the answers to all your questions below,
but if there is something I haven't thought of please get in touch!
How are my earrings made?

They're made using polymer clay, which is a non-toxic material that I roll out to a thin sheet before carefully inlaying my shapes to create my abstract designs. They're then hardened by a firing in the oven, before a good sanding and a coat of varnish to create that smooth and soft glossy finish. All findings are Sterling Silver unless otherwise stated, if you are allergic and would like to purchase a piece made with another metal please drop me a line I can also do clip-ons.

How can I care for them?
Polymer clay is durable to an extent, but still need to be handled and looked after with care. You can do this by:
-
Storing them in a safe place where they will not be squashed or bent out of shape (such as the box you received them in!).
-
If you happen to mark your earrings with make up (for example), a wipe with some damp cotton wool should do the trick. A nail file can be used to lightly file away more stubborn marks.

How long until I receive my order?

I try to have orders dispatched within 7 days of purchase, this is because I'm in my fourth (and final!) year of university so I can only make time for one post run a week.
They're sent using Royal Mail Second class which can take 1-3 days to arrive. I also ship worldwide which can take up to 7 days.
*If you need your item in a hurry, please contact me BEFORE placing your order and I'll see what I can do to help!

Do you sell wholesale?

I can! Send me a message, and we could try and sort something out!

Do you do custom orders?

Maybe! Get in touch with as much detail as you can regarding what you have in mind, and we can see what I can do. This might incur an extra charge, as I am very busy with uni at the moment.

Can I return my purchase?

Yes. If you receive your order and think there's something not quite right with it, I can offer you a refund or exchange provided you do the following:
-
Let me know within 14 days of receiving the item that you would like a refund/exchange, by emailing me.
-
Send me back the item in the original packaging, and in it's original condition. Unfortunately I won't be able to refund your shipping costs. If an item is returned damaged or broken I will not be able to issue a refund/exchange.
